Send a brief Download the corporate brochure (PDF, in French)

Entre les silences is a Moroccan artistic agency. We represent high-level ensembles and artists, and put them at the service of your events: seminars, gala evenings, launches, incentives, private receptions. You send us a brief. We offer you two or three targeted options. Then we answer for everything, right up to the last applause.

Our commitments to agencies

  • Reply within 48 h: two or three tailored proposals, not a catalogue.
  • Agency rates: net, excluding VAT, with technical riders and visuals ready to forward.
  • Discretion: we work under your banner if you wish, and never approach your clients directly.
  • Everything is handled: contracts, copyright (BMDAV), transport, artistic stage management.
  • One contact: reachable, available and on site with you on the day.

Which moment? Which artist?

Choose the moment of your event: we show the ideal formats first, then those that also work.

Team cohesion, through music

Drum Team

Artistic direction: Adnane Matrone

From cacophony to unison

In an orchestra as in a company, change shakes things up, and a leader who fails to follow the new rhythm soon loses the team. Drum Team turns this into a physical experience. Each participant receives a percussion instrument. After a deliberate cacophony, Adnane Matrone gradually brings the group together around shared rhythms, until everyone discovers, to their surprise, that they are playing a whole piece together.

In practice
45 min to 1 h • up to 500 participants • instruments provided • body percussion option
Ideal for
seminar, convention, team building afternoon

Energetic, synchronised, infectious.

Ahwach Connexion

Artistic direction: Hanane Kawalina

The body as a common language

Ahwach is a collective Amazigh ritual in which people dance, sing and beat the drum shoulder to shoulder. Initiated as a child in the mountains of the Souss, Hanane Kawalina has drawn from it an approach nourished by anthropology and somatics, taught notably at the Institut du Monde Arabe. No need to know how to dance: through breath, voice and movement, colleagues learn to listen to one another without a word, and the manager becomes the one being guided.

In practice
1 to 3 h (flexible) • 7 to 30 participants • indoors, outdoors or in a third place • percussionists option • no prerequisites
Ideal for
seminar, CSR day, team cohesion, reorganisation, post-crisis support

Unifying, sensory, liberating.

Symphonica Experience

Artistic direction: Adnane Matrone

When conducting reveals the leader in everyone

What if the best leadership seminar of the year took place in front of a forty-piece symphony orchestra? Designed by Adnane Matrone, conductor, ICF-certified coach and music therapist, the experience turns conducting into a revealer of leadership. Baton in hand, each participant discovers in real time what leading means: listening, inspiring, synchronising, deciding.

In practice
40 musicians (reduced format: 10 to 12) • live coaching
Ideal for
leadership seminar, executive committee, annual convention

Participative, immersive, unforgettable.

Your company, your anthem!

Artistic direction: Adnane Matrone

Your teams write their own chorus

The idea is simple: take a well-known song and rewrite its lyrics so that they tell the story of your company. Split into teams and guided by Adnane Matrone, colleagues share ideas and set them to music, blending serious messages with upbeat rhythms. Each team then performs its version for the others. The anthem can be mastered in a studio to become your company’s own.

In practice
1 h to 1 h 30 • up to 120 participants • studio recording option
Ideal for
strategic plan launch, convention, company anniversary

Creative, cheerful, memorable.

Welcome and atmospheres

Welcome with brilliance. Then accompany the conversation, without ever drowning it out.

What silence could not keep quiet

For centuries, the history of music was written by a single hand. Alone at the piano, French-Lebanese concert pianist Ilona Dip sets out to meet women composers who remained in the shadow of the salons, from Caracas to Paris, and tells between pieces the fate of those who had to force doors open to exist in music. Founder of M’Oud Swing in the United States, he joins Karim Slaoui, long-time partner of Saïd Chraïbi and Latifa Raafat.
